Welcome to Harborstay Grand! Please note that we operate primarily as a dine-in establishment using a digital table ordering system.

1. Our Service Model

We do not currently offer external home delivery services through this web application. This platform is exclusively designed for in-house dining.

2. Dine-In Table Service

Our service process works as follows:

• Ordering: Customers scan the unique QR code located on their table to access the digital menu and place an order.
• Preparation: Once your order is submitted, it is routed directly to our kitchen for preparation.
• Service: Our waitstaff will serve the prepared food and beverages directly to your designated table.

3. Takeaway / Packaging

If you wish to take your leftover food home, please request a takeaway container from our staff. Additional packaging charges may apply depending on the items.

4. Expected Wait Times

Food preparation times vary based on the complexity of the dishes ordered and the current volume of orders in the kitchen. Our staff will do their best to serve your food promptly. If you have concerns about wait times, please inquire with a waiter.
